Articulation

Articulation is the process of evaluating courses to determine whether coursework completed at one institution will meet the requirements at another institution for the purposes of admission, transferable units, general education, or major preparation.

Articulation agreements between community colleges and CSUs (California State University) and UCs (University of California are available on the ASSIST.org website.

Below are links to the most recent articulation agreements available between Butte College and a limited number of California Community Colleges, independent colleges and universities in California, and out-of-state institutions. These agreements are intended to serve as a guide, however changes occur frequently.  For assistance and the most up-to-date information, please meet with one of our counselors.
